Income and Expenses Report

The Income & Expenses by Property Report displays a complete list of all Income and Expenses, listed by Tax Status and Category.

To View this report, in the Income or Expenses screen, go to the Reports button and select the Income and Expenses report.

 

Report Data

The following data is listed:

Tax Status

Whether or not the income or expense is tax-deductible.

Category

Category of the income/expense.

The following data is listed for the incoming and outgoing funds in each Tax Status and Category:

Date

Date.

Property

Property for the entry

Details

Any data you entered.

Description

Description that you entered.

Reference

Invoice, check number, or other reference information.

Expense

Any expenses related to the date.

Income

Any income related to the date.

Subtotals for categories

Subtotal of income and expenses for this tax status and category.

Grand Total

Total income and expenditures.
